We are pleased to present issue N10 of our photography magazine, a special milestone for the entire team. In this edition, dedicated to our favorite theme that has united us: Food, we celebrate the creativity and passion that always accompanies us.
We have featured great artists, such as the Spanish Eugenio Recuenco, with his unmistakable cinematic style, and the Brazilian Paulo Vitale, who, driven by his curiosity for the unknown, manages to capture the human essence in its relationship with nature and survival. We also showcase the work of Antonia Larraín and Matteo Alberti, two of the winners of the Pink Lady 2024 contest.
Additionally, we include a fascinating article about the culture of food photography in Japan, where tradition and modernity combine in every dish.
Alejandra Toloza, a pioneer in plant-based gastronomy in Chile, also shares her vision as a leader in this trend and her efforts in training new chefs.
